We do require original files if you wish to have your own logos/designs on the gear otherwise products may not turn out completely like the mock due to this.  No thumbnails or small jpegs.

12-15 business days are the usual turn around times on custom gear.  Having to work on your artwork can cause delays and may not cause the product to come out exactly as wanted.
